Privacy policy

FoldMark processes limited data for browsing and checkout. This notice covers the getfoldmark.com storefront.

Checkout is currently in Stripe test mode. No live charges or shipments yet.

What we collect

• Cart contents in your browser (localStorage) so your bag persists between visits
• Checkout details you submit to Stripe Checkout in test mode (name, email, address fields Stripe requires)
• Standard server and request logs on Cloudflare Workers (IP, user agent, path, timestamps)
• Emails you send us via the contact mailto link

What we do not do

• No sale of personal data
• No third-party marketing pixels unless we add them later with an updated notice
• No live order fulfillment database for test checkouts

Payments

Card data is handled by Stripe. We only accept Stripe TEST keys on this worker. Do not enter real card numbers expecting a charge. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to payment processing.

Cookies & local storage

We use browser localStorage for the cart. Essential cookies may be set by Cloudflare or Stripe during checkout. Analytics cookies are not part of this build by default.

Retention

Server logs follow Cloudflare’s standard retention. Cart data stays in your browser until you clear it. Contact emails are kept only as long as needed to reply.

Your choices

Clear site data in your browser to remove the cart. For privacy questions or deletion requests related to an email you sent us, use Contact.

Updates

We will revise this policy before public launch—especially if we add analytics, email marketing, or a live order system. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had a chance to read the new terms.
