Free shipping unlocks at $59 merchandise subtotal—matching the free-ship callouts across the storefront. A single hero thermometer at $42 alone is below the threshold; adding the sleeve ($7.99) or a second unit changes the cart math. Shipping is estimated in cart and finalized at checkout when live.
Transit times
Once live, expect roughly 7–18 business days door-to-door for standard China→US parcels after handoff to the carrier. Weekends and carrier holidays are not counted as business days. Exact SLA and tracking format will be confirmed with the 3PL before public launch; you will get a tracking link by email when a label is created.
Processing
Orders are packed after payment clears. We do not promise same-day dispatch on this preview. When fulfillment is active, cut-off times and any holiday pauses will be posted here.
Addressing & regions
Launch focus is the United States. P.O. boxes may be limited depending on the carrier—use a deliverable street address when possible. International shipping is not promised on this preview. Checkout collects a US shipping address for the test flow.
Customs, duties & taxes
For US deliveries we aim to present landed costs clearly at checkout when live. Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address. Duties/taxes handling for any future international routes will be stated before you pay.
Damaged or missing parcels (when live)
Contact us with photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or refund per case once fulfillment is active. See Returns and Contact.
