Terms · Updated October 2026
Terms of service
Checkout is currently in Stripe test mode. No live charges or shipments yet.
By using this FoldMark site you agree these terms cover the current storefront—not a live product shipment service.
Storefront status
Product photography, copy, and sample-pending specs may evolve. Specs marked TBD or “confirm on sample” are not final warranties. Test checkout does not create a binding fulfillment obligation and does not ship goods.
Accounts & checkout
You do not need an account to browse. Checkout uses Stripe test mode. You agree not to attempt fraud, scrape abusive volumes, or disrupt the worker. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.
Products & pricing
Prices are shown in USD. The hero thermometer is offered in the $39–45 everyday band ($42 on the current listing). Accessories are priced separately. Free-shipping thresholds and parcel rates are described on the Shipping page and may change before launch.
Intellectual property
FoldMark branding, site copy, and layout on this preview are owned by the site operator (or licensed to it). You may not copy the storefront wholesale, scrape product assets for resale, or imply affiliation with other thermometer brands. We do not use competitor trademarks or claim endorsement by other brands.
Food-safety & cooking guidance
Temperature guides are general home-cooking education, not personalized medical, legal, or food-safety certification advice. Always follow local guidance for the people you cook for. You remain responsible for how you cook and serve food.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the preview site is provided as-is without warranties of merchantability for live cooking outcomes or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this preview.
Returns (when live)
Planned return rules are summarized on Returns. Test checkouts are not eligible for product returns because nothing ships.
Governing notes
Live-store legal entity, venue, and consumer-law notices will be finalized before public launch. Until then, these preview terms control your use of getfoldmark.com and related test checkouts.
