Free US shipping at a $59 merchandise subtotal; otherwise $7.99 when the cart includes a thermometer and $4.99 for accessories only. Delivery typically takes 7–18 business days for US orders. We email a tracking link when your order ships. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
We accept 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging from the date of delivery. Email support@getfoldmark.com with your order number for a return authorization (RMA) and return address. Parcels without an RMA cannot be processed. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, email support@getfoldmark.com with photos for a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are preserved. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Care
Wipe the body with a soft damp cloth. Rinse the probe tip under running water after each cook; dry fully before folding. Do not soak overnight, submerge the electronics, or put the body in a dishwasher. Optional protective sleeve is for storage only—not heat shielding on the grill. The thermometer is splash-resistant; it has no stated IP waterproof rating.
